It's that time again: time to take a peek into what the heck goes on in my life and my brain in my quest to take one photo a day for a whole year. This installment features the second half of April...hold onto your hats!

Overall, April was a pretty gray month. While people in other parts of the country were posting pictures of flowers and green leaves and possibly people wearing shorts, I...was not doing any of those things. But hey, let's get real, this is Rhode Island. I've lived here for my whole life. We're not guaranteed consistent spring weather until the week before summer comes, so I'm not disappointed. I'm just rolling with it.

So what did these sixteen days bring us? An incomplete summary:

Cats. So many cats. Or, maybe so many photos of one cat.
My favorite assistant, who is as enthusiastic as ever; possibly more so.
The water. I made several jaunts to Narragansett and both the Atlantic Ocean and the Pettaquamscutt River make appearances.
Pretty sure I already mentioned the cat.
