Then at the end of the seven days, I'll put up a blog post up with photos taken with that one lens. Light. It is what I am always looking for. It is what any photographer is always looking for, I think. I stop to look at shadows that I find interesting. I am given pause by the catchlights in people's eyes sometimes. When I go for long runs, I spend a lot of my time thinking about lighting setups. In short, I love light.

I've been busy busy busy for what seems like forever working on the business side of things, so I haven't had much time to shoot anything, let alone people. I have been able to get out a few times near or at dark over the past ten days, though. Thankfully summer means it's warm out AND it stays lighter longer...all bonuses for me! Ahh, to be a teenager again!
I was able to secure some beautiful models for a blitz portrait shoot the beginning of this month. This shot was super fun, especially when a few of them stepped out to get ice cream and brought some back for me! I am so glad to have had the chance to work with all these ladies, especially all at one time!
